  1. Once you have completed the Consultation Request form Find it here, I will have a look at what your current needs are and send you a proposed plan via e-mail. If further discussion is required (or if specifically requested), I will set up an appointment with you to discuss your needs. This first consultation is FREE and without any obligation.
  2. Once you have accepted the proposed plan, I will provide you with a written quote which I will send to you via e-mail.
  3. Should you accept the written quote, you will be required to sign and date the quote indicating your acceptance, e-mail the signed quote back to me. You will be required to deposit 50% of the full amount into my banking account (details will be provided at the required time) before any work can commence.
  4. You will be kept up to date on progress on a weekly basis until the entire project has been completed.
  5. On completion of the task/project, you will receive a time sheet together with an invoice for the outstanding balance payment due.
  6. Payment terms:
  • 50% deposit before work commences and outstanding balance to be paid on completion of task/project. 
  • Only Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) or PayPal payments will be accepted. NO CHEQUE payments will be accepted.
  • Banking details will be provided at the required time.
